I had sent out an email to some of my buddies about the “no tax” weekend that is coming up on August 4th.
There has been big talk at work about this weekend and they are begging people to work overtime to ensure that they have enough staff on-hand.
It seems as though everyone will be shopping this weekend.
My advice to you:
Do all of your shopping before or after this weekend!!
In the grand scheme of things…. If you spend $100, you will only save $5. Is it really worth the hassle of battling the crowds to save 5 bucks? I don’t think so.
I’m staying far away from retail this weekend. (I’m off from work this weekend too!)
